6. Reimbursement Policy

NetJuris maintains the following reimbursement guidelines based on the type of engagement:

6.1. Legal Services

If NetJuris identifies a conflict of interest or is unable to fulfill the agreed scope, any unutilized prepaid amount will be reimbursed. Clients may request a shift of scheduled service dates or adjust the scope within 30 days of payment. If rescheduling or adjustment is not feasible, a full reimbursement will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.

6.2. Information Products

Digital materials qualify for a 7-day satisfaction period starting from access activation or download date. Clients may request a full reimbursement within this period. Approved requests are processed within 10 days. After this period, no credit or reimbursement will be issued.

6.3. Physical Goods

Unopened items may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt and inspection, NetJuris will issue a reimbursement for the product cost. Clients are responsible for return shipping unless an error occurred on our part. Custom or personalized goods are not eligible for reimbursement.

7. Cancellations and Transfers

Clients may cancel booked services at least 7 days before the scheduled start for full credit toward future services, valid for 6 months. Cancellations within 7 days of commencement incur a 50% engagement fee deduction from any credit issued. Once a service is completed, no credit will be provided.

8. No-Reimbursement Cases

Certain expedited or emergency legal interventions require immediate allocation of resources and are therefore non-reimbursable. These cases will be clearly indicated in the engagement agreement. By agreeing, clients acknowledge that such allocations cannot be reversed once initiated.
